How Can One Make The Best Decision For The Future, When They Haven’t Been Given Many Options?

The ULE Mission is our non-for-profit organization that was formed to bridge the gaps between commercial, government, educational institutions, and private entities to under-served communities and students (15 years of age to young adult) through:

  • Personal & Mental Development

  • Technology

  • Co-Working and Collaborative Spaces

The responsibility of equipping the youth lies on the shoulders of those that know better, so we must do better! Our Career Days are just one of the initiatives that expose inner city kids, young adults, and college students to an up close and personal workday of individuals in the military, law enforcement, construction, and supply chain industry. Sharing stories, experiences, personnel and live equipment demonstrations gives students the opportunity to picture themselves in these roles and feeds curiosity.
